Each call is 15-20 minutes and during the call we'll review your progress, bust through barriers & make adjustments to your program so that you can continuously make progress towards your fitness goals
If you want to schedule a one-on-one call with Taja to review your program in detail, just submit your application above and we'll contact you via e-mail to schedule a time and date that works for you! (progress photos are not required if you don't feel comfortable attaching them, but they do help us make the most accurate adjustment to your program because we can better analyze your overall progress)
We'll do our best to fit in everyone who requests a coaching call, but because we may not be able to fit in everyone, all calls will be recorded and posted inside the membership site to give everyone a chance to learn from each other
If your call is scheduled a week in advance, be prepared to e-mail Taja an updated copy of your excel log the night before so you can get the most out of your time together
