Personalized fitness plans are a great way to ease into your fat loss journey without spending a ton of cash-ola, cause' hey, you gotta eat, too!

01 A one-time consultation call via skype or by phone. During the call you can ask me anything you like. We'll chat like a couple of diabesties and you'll tell me your dieting history, your fitness goals and after listening to your needs and concerns we'll put together the best plan for you to achieve the body of your dreams!

 

Tier 2: 1:1 Fitness Coaching

01 A one-time consultation call via skype or by phone. During the call you can ask me anything you like. We'll chat like a couple of diabesties and you'll tell me your dieting history, your fitness goals and after listening to your needs and concerns we'll put together the best plan for you to achieve the body of your dreams!

02 Weekly check ins via e-mail to review your program and make adjustments as needed so that you'll continuously keep losing fat each week. You'll also have the opportunity to schedule weekly coaching calls to bust through plateaus and keep you feeling motivated.

The application process is important for us to get some information from you in order to actually know how/if we can help you achieve your fat loss goal. We'll never sell you a personalized program if it's not going to be the best fit for you to achieve your goals, that's why we don't offer personalized fitness plans to purchase up front.

Yes. The purpose of the consultation call is for you to provide the information we need to set your starting macros and calories for fat loss as accurately as possible. Your dieting history is an important part to getting you started off on the right foot for fat loss. 

If you're interested in weekly 1:1 coaching, we also want to make sure we're a good fit to work together :)

Macros are the amount or protein, fat and carbs your body needs each day. Everyone requires different amounts of each macronutrient to achieve their fitness goals and to keep their blood sugar stable.

We do not offer personalized macro-nutrition plans on their own because we believe you'll achieve far better results with a combination of both macro-nutrition and strength training. If you already have a strength training routine you follow you can let us know during the consultation call. However, the price will be the same.

The personalized fitness plan is only meant to get you started losing body fat. We'll provide you with all the information you need to get started, however, if at any time you feel you need some extra support you'll have the opportunity to schedule a coaching call for a one time fee and we'll review your progress together and make adjustments to your plan so you'll never feel stuck for long and you can continue your fat loss progress whenever you hit a plateau.

If you feel like you'll need more support to help you achieve your goals than 1:1 coaching would probably be a better fit for you and also the most cost efficient in the long run.
