Yes. The purpose of the consultation call is for you to provide the information we need to set your starting macros and calories for fat loss as accurately as possible. This is important to get you started off on the right foot for fat loss. 

This plan is only meant to get you started losing body fat. We'll provide you with all the information you need to get started, however, if at any time you feel you need some extra support you'll have the opportunity to schedule a consultation call for a one time fee and we'll review your progress together and make adjustments to your plan so you'll never feel stuck for long and you can continue your fat loss progress whenever you hit a plateau.

Macros are the amount or protein, fat and carbs your body needs each day. Everyone requires different amounts of each macronutrient to achieve their fitness goals and to keep their blood sugar stable.

We do not offer personalized macro-nutrition plans on their own because you'll achieve far better results with a combination of both macro-nutrition and strength training. If you already have a strength training routine you follow you can let us know during the consultation call. However, the price will be the same.
